Registration and Unsubscription

1. How to register on boobfrog?

To register on boobfrog you need a user name that you may choose on your own, an active email address and a password. You have to be at least 18 years old to use our services. After having entered your data, you will automatically receive an email sent to your indicated email address. This email contains the different options you have to activate your registration. The easiest way is to click on the first link. It is followed by a few questions about your person, some of them we need for legal reason.

2. May I first register without a picture?

Yes, but you remain invisible for all other members as long as you have not uploaded a picture of you.

3. Do I have to indicate my mobile number?

No, it is not necessary for registration.

4. Why do you need my mobile number?

By indicating and confirming your mobile number you have the opportunity to use the comprehensive and cost-free offer of BluVu videos and Life sex cams in the premium member area.

5. May I change my mobile number?

At any time. You will find this function under HotProfile – Edit HotProfile – Basic settings.

6. Is my mobile number visible for other users?

No.

7. May I change my password?

At any time. You will find this function under HotProfile – Edit HotProfile – Basic settings.

9. How may I change my email address?

You can change your email address in the Basic Settings section of your account.

10. What may I do if I forgot my password?

With the help of your user name or email address you may ask for a new password. You will get to the relevant page automatically when entering the wrong password. The new password will be sent to your email address. After successful registration on boobfrog you may change your password again.

11. How may I completely unsubscribe on boobfrog so that all my data is deleted?

Via the link "Delete profile". You will find this function under HotProfile – Edit HotProfile – Basic settings. As premium member you have to give notice to your contract first.

12. How do I get along on boobfrog?

As there is a lot to discover on boobfrog, the easiest and fastest way is to test the site and its features. Numerous help texts will help you. And if you don′t get along, you may send us an email under "contact" at any time.

13. How much memory space do I have for pictures and videos?

At the moment, the memory space is unlimited.

14. Where may I search for other videos?

Under "Gallery" you will find an overview of the latest pictures and videos. Under "Search here for" you may search by taks or subjects your desired videos.

15. How does the fuck-me system work and what are the advantages?

A "fuck me" is an erotic compliment. It is the easiest and fastest way to show your interest to other users. You will find the fuck me-feature in each member profile underneath the red heart.

16. How does the boobfrog sexometer work and what is it?

Matching of interests at a glance. First, you adjust the sexometer according to your characteristics and passions. The top of the stars are adjusted accordingly. Then you adjust the star under "Sex-Dating-Settings" "My Sex Partner" the same way. If you now click on another profile, your entries are compared to this profile and the sexometers are matched. You immediately see of the profile fits or not. This feature only works if both users have filled in the sexometer.

17. How to organise the contacts?

Your contact list fills by sending and receiving fuck me′s. You may classify by flirts, more absconding contacts and sex contacts. your chosen fuck dates. As soon as you confirm a fuck me the user will automatically be added to your Flirt list. You may offer him/her an upgrade to SexContact by clicking on the pink button (on the right). The green button means that you accept him/her in principal. With the black button you may block users with the cross you may delete them from your contact list.

18. How long will my mails stay in the in-/outbox?

Both, your in- and outbox have space for 100 emails. As soon as your inbox is full, you will receive an info via email. You may then not receive any new messages. No messages will be deleted automatically. You shall thus always have enough space for hot, new contact messages.

19. Is there a limitation for writing messages? (Number of characters)

No.

20. How do the hardcore sounds work?

You may upload your hardcore sounds as file directly from your hard disc. Allowed formats: WMA and MP3 up to max. 3 MB.

21. How do I create the perfect HotProfile?

It is recommended to upload a personal picture so that other users find your profile attractive. The more, the better: Give as much information you can in Edit HotProfile. The best is to write something personal about you. You may be creative in your gallery.

22. How may I search for users in my surrounding?

You will find this feature in Start Search. On the right, you may enter the zip code as well as the distance in km where you want to meet hot dates. Then simply click on the pink button Search.

23. What is a boobfrog premium membership?

A premium membership allows the unlimited usage of all features on boobfrog. Additionally, Live Cam girls and Blue Vu Porns are available.

24. How to become premium member?

You will find the button Premium Membership in Profile. Only a few steps and you may use all features without restrictions.

25. What is the duration of my premium membership?

26. Is the premium membership prolongated automatically?

Please see the General Terms & Conditions, § 4.

27. How may I terminate my premium membership?

If you became a premium member on or before 26.07.2009, please send an email to the address indicated in the General Terms & Conditions. For premium members having concluded their contract as of 27.07.2009, please use the link indicated for the applied method of payment. You will find these links in our General Terms & Conditions.

28. Are my data given to others?

Your personal data (marked with a key during registration), are neither published nore given to third parties. Your bank details are given directly to our Billing Partner and there, are not given to third parties either.

29. How to create my personal gallery?

Under button Gallery you will find the option Create Gallery. Here, you may design your own personal site. With pictures, videos, texts or links to different sites, you may personalise your own profile. The features are only available for premium members without restrictions.

30. How many pictures and videos may I upload to my gallery?

As premium member you have unlimited memory space.

31. Which picture formats are supported?

The supported formats are: *.JPG, *.GIF and *.PNG

32. Which formats and how many MB/minute may I upload per video?

The supported formats are: *.mpeg, *.avi and *.wmv. We don′t have a limitation in MB/minute but a limit of 10MB per video.

33. May I avoid that other users judge/comment/view my gallery?

Yes. Under Amend Gallery you find the main point Security Settings. Here you may choose which persons shall have what rights in your gallery.

34. What is a TAG?

TAGs are headwords for a specific topic. For ex. you add the topic sex, boobs and one-night stands to your gallery. Everyone searching for one of these TAGs will find your site at first go.

37. My videos are too big for boobfrog. How may I minimize them?

The easiest and fastest way to minimize your video is to use the Windows Movie Maker:
In the task bar or Windows click on START –> RUN. A small window with one line appears.
Please type in the following and confirm it with OK or ENTER: "moviemk". Now your Windows Movie Maker shall open.

If it won′t open, you may download it here: Download Windows Movie Maker

Once the Windows Movie Maker started, drag your video in the middle window of the Movie Maker.
You may drag in as much videos as you like. As soon as all videos are in the middle top window, you may drag them to the bottom bar according to your own order. If you try a little bit you may also cut your videos or add music - just be creative.

As soon as your video is ready, do the following:
File –> Save video file –> Memory location: Workplace
–> Give a name to the video
–> Choose a folder where to safe the video
–> At last step: you choose the point "optimal file size" and enter maximum 15 MB (the smaller the video is, the faster it is uploaded to boobfrog)
–> Then click on Continue. DONE. Depending on the velocity of your computer, the file is saved accordingly to the folder you′ve chosen.

Then you may upload your video.

38. The livestreams don't seem to work. What can I do?

To view our Camgirls, you need to have the Windows Media Player plugin installed in your browser.
